Terms of Service — Police Insider Case Screener

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Police Insider Case Screener, an internal editorial tool operated by Infivision Media.
1. Authorised users only
Access is restricted to authorised Infivision Media and Police Insider employees authenticated via Google Sign-In using an @policeinsidertv.com or @workwdeep.com email address. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
2. Permitted use
This tool may only be used for internal editorial purposes — specifically, evaluating police incidents for potential coverage and checking prior YouTube coverage of a case. Any other use is prohibited.
3. YouTube API
This tool uses the YouTube Data API v3. Users of this tool agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service).
4. Data
Users must not submit content they are not authorised to share. Submitted content (article URLs, incident report text, PDFs) is stored internally for editorial workflow purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
This tool is provided for internal use only. Infivision Media makes no warranties regarding availability or accuracy of results. Editorial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.
